Speaking Up and Being Heard

As a woman it can feel like you're constantly stuck in a catch-22 when it comes to speaking up and sharing your opinion.

If you listen and wait to be asked it can feel like you're invisible and never have a chance to speak your mind.

If you volunteer your opinion you can be accused of taking over and saying to much. (Nevertheless, she persisted...)

Either way you can feel like you're speaking into a void where nothing you say makes a difference.

Your Throat Center is the source of your voice and what you use to express your ideas and energy.

If yours is open or undefined in your Human Design you can often feel pressured to say something in every situation. You may have been conditioned to believe that you need to say something to get noticed. Or that talking a lot is a sign that you know what you're doing.

But in reality if you let go of the idea that you always have to have something to say and let others do more talking when you do speak up it will resonate more with those around you.

If your Throat Center is defined you can feel hesitant to share your opinions unless you have all of the data and arguments to back it up. You may have been conditioned to believe that you need to think before you speak. Or that you need to be gentler and less straightforward.

Instead, trust that any follow-up or questions you get are rooted in curiosity not judgment. Your opinions and ideas are too valuable to keep hidden - allow yourself to be a leader for change.

Working with your Human Design won't change the patriarchy but it will make you more equipped to overcome the conditioning.

Working with the natural design of your Throat Center can help you more easily speak up and be heard.

As your coach I can help you work with your Human Design to create strategies and plans specific to you and how you think and work. Then we sprinkle in some witchy magic to bring it all together.

Schedule a consult to get started so we decide if it makes sense for us to work together.

During the consult we'll talk about what you're looking for and what's missing. I'll lay out a process to help you get there. And then we'll decide if we want to move forward. Either way, you'll get info about your chart and some strategies you can implement right away.
