By using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If paying for programs or services with a credit or debit card, you give us permission to automatically charge your card for all fees and charges due and payable to Glitter and Gravitas without any additional authorization.  You also agree that Glitter and Gravitas is authorized to share any payment information and instructions required to complete the payment transaction with its third-party payment service providers. 

 

Payment in full is required before participating in any programs or services unless otherwise specified.  If a payment plan is selected we will charge the card on file every 30 days from the initial payment until services are paid in full.  You are responsible for keeping all credit or debit card details and contact information current.   If your account becomes more than 7 days past due, you will no longer be eligible for programs or services until your account is made current.

All services are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Cancellation of your account does not dismiss outstanding invoices or any contracted commitments.  At the time of cancellation, any outstanding balance must be paid in full.  Non-payment of any services or programs may be reported to credit reporting agencies or sent to a third party for collection.

You may not republish, reproduce, distribute, display, or sell any material from Glitter and Gravitas for commercial purposes or in any way that earns you or any third party money.  By downloading, printing or otherwise using any information received from Glitter and Gravitas for personal use you do not assume ownership of that content.

By engaging with Glitter and Gravitas in any fashion on any platform you grant us the right to use your likeness and identify you as the author of any comments, posts, photos, images, videos or other contributions created by you or us for any purposes including commercial purposes and advertising.

While Amanda Stark, owner of Glitter and Gravitas, is a licensed attorney, she is not your attorney.  Nothing on this website, social media or provided during consult or coaching services constitutes legal advice and no attorney-client relationship is formed.  By working with Glitter and Gravitas you agree that coaching services are not to be used as a substitute for professional advice of any kind including legal, medical or psychiatric.

Glitter and Gravitas may record coaching calls for quality control, service improvement or professional certification purposes.

Participation in any Glitter and Gravitas services or programs does not guarantee any specific outcome or results.
